For more than 40 years, I have worked with mothers, babies, and families, starting my career as a registered nurse in perinatal care. Over time, I developed a deep passion for providing breastfeeding support and helping parents navigate the early challenges of infant feeding, comfort, and connection.
In 2015, I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), offering specialized infant feeding services for breastfeeding and infant feeding challenges in the hospital setting. I have advanced training in oral function assessment, tongue-tie evaluation, and oral habilitation to ensure optimal feeding mechanics.
In 2019, I began studying Infant Craniosacral therapy, which expanded my understanding of how patterns of tension in a baby’s body can influence feeding, comfort, and regulation.
My work now integrates lactation support with a whole-body approach to infant feeding. Using gentle infant bodywork and craniosacral techniques, I help address patterns of tension that may affect feeding, comfort, and overall well-being.
As a mother of two and grandmother of two, I understand how meaningful—and sometimes challenging—the early days of feeding and bonding can be. My goal is to listen carefully to parents, support their intuition, and help babies feed, grow, and thrive.
